3:45 - 4:15 p.m. Kid's Yoga. Embark on an exciting journey of yoga, exercise, and fun with Yoga and Health Coach, Lauren Kranich. Meditation, bells, and aromatherapy complete the experience. BYOM (Bring your own yoga mat), water bottle, and come dressed to move!
