Come join us on the third floor for some relaxation and mindful moving meditation! Please come dressed comfortably. Sea Bright Library and Cultural Arts Center: T’ai Chi is a mindfulness moving meditation. The set of 19 movements and one pose is soft, flowing and easy to learn.
