DRINKING WATER SUPPLY UPDATE 9-10-25
While New Jersey has experienced intermittent, localized intense rain events,
average rainfall across the state is below averages. New Jerseyans statewide
are recommended to follow water conservation practices.
The Drought Watch condition remains in the Coastal South region. NJ Rainfall totals this week
Approximately 0-2.75" inches of rain were observed between last weeks Drinking Water Supply Indicators (8-31-25)
and this weeks (9-7-25).

The Borough is pleased to announce that Sea Bright and Long Branch
have entered into a shared services agreement wherein
Sea Brighters can now recycle their old electronics at
the Long Branch Recycling Center located at 378 Atlantic Avenue
opposite the Pleasure Bay ball field playground.
The center’s operational hours are:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3 pm, and Saturday, 9 am to 1 pm.
They will ask for proof of residency when you arrive.
