Sea Bright Beach

 WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS BEGINNING MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND,
AND EVERY DAY FROM JUNE 8TH THROUGH LABOR DAY

The Borough of Sea Bright has seven free public beach access ways on Ocean Avenue which are clearly identified by signage.

In addition, there is the Sea Bright Municipal Beach which offers lifeguards, rescue personnel, parking, restroom facilities, and seasonal locker rentals. To utilize these municipal facilities a daily or season beach badge is required for anyone age 12 and older, with the exception of active military personnel and their families, who are always welcomed onto the beach at no charge.

Use of the main Municipal Beach and the Anchorage Beach requires daily or seasonal beach passes every day that lifeguards are on duty. Lifeguards will be on duty during weekends and holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. up until June 8th. As of June 8th, lifeguards will be on duty seven days per week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

By purchasing a Sea Bright beach badge the public also has access to the public-use areas in front of the private beach clubs. Sea Bright beach badges must be visible at all times.

The public-use area in front of the private beach clubs will be considered unsupervised municipal beaches. Use of these areas will be governed by the rules that apply to unsupervised municipal beaches as set forth in Chapter 66 of the Code of Sea Bright.

BEACH OFFICE HOURS

Starting Memorial Day weekend, season badges may be purchased or picked up at the Beach Office on weekends and holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. up until June 8th. As of June 8th, the Beach Office is open seven days per week through Labor Day, from 9:00 to 4:00 P.M., for badge purchases and pickups.

 A convenience fee will be added to credit card transactions equal to 2.95% of the transaction cost; $1.95 charge for eCheck. 

Patrons will need to present their purchase confirmation when picking up badges.
